This is quite a unique necklace. I do not believe the chain goes with the pendant as the pendant is marked 925 and China, while the chain is marked Italy. I'm unsure if the chain is also sterling, but I will guess it is not. I'm also unsure if the heart stones are genuine but they appear to be real, certainly the rose quartz anyway. Unsure the names of the others. They are heavier and cold, while the yellow ones are lighter weight and do not seem to be anything of a stone. Again, I'm just guessing here.
This would make a wonderful gift, or treat yourself!
The pendant is very pretty flipped on either side.
