Come to the top of the skirt nicely!
Open back and ties at the bottom with ribbon..
The skirt has a built in tulle that makes it stand out ever so slightly (just enough to give it a little shape)
The skirt zip closes at the top for a nice fitted look.
Extremely chique and perfect for a school dance (which is what my daughter wore it to)
*Please excuse any wrinkles as its been covered in plastic and hung in the closet to keep dust from collecting on it.
Any wrinkles will easily come out by hanging in the bathroom during a shower. ;-)
