The abrasive fabric is resistant to back pack shoulder strap wear and tear and gives more friction. The large hood is packed with down and is designed to be adjustable in all directions, essential during snowfall or windstorms where to protect your head and face. A good adjustable hood will protect you during these bad weather conditions. A ribbed neck warmer has been designed and integrated into the collar area, helping reduce cold and wind. The cuffs are also ribbed for comfort. The top pockets are trimmed with Schoeller, YKK zippers and lined with hand warming fabrics. The large bottom pockets have a storm flap and are secured by none abrasive Velcro. The parka is fully adjustable around the waist and the hem using Japanese designed and manufactured premium trims. On the inside you’ll find a Japanese lining that is fully breathable helping prevent overheating and condensation on the inside. The down itself also aids as a body regulator.
