The semi sheer shell is 100% polyester. Polyester lining. Machine wash. Pull over. Bias cut hugs your figure. Drop waist. Tiered full flowey skirt. The tiers have ruff cut edges. Bra strap holders on straps. Size 4. It measures 52" long. Laying flat seam to seam un-stretched it's 17 1/2" across under the arms, 15 1/2" at the waist, 19 1/2" at the hips. It does not appear to have been worn but I found a couple small fabric imperfections but nothing I would consider noticeable and won't show in photos. I ship same or next business day.
